Each personal training
session is designed around your individual fitness goals. A session
is usually an hour and can take place in your home or in the great
outdoors. If you are sincerely committed to improving your overall
fitness expect to see improvements in your cardiovascular health,
muscle strength and flexibility. A typical session may include: free
weight exercises, resistance training with bands and tubes, balancing
and core strengthening, a series of isometric, isotonic and isokinetic
strengthening, plyometrics and a variety of calisthenics such as squats,
lunges and push-ups. I do my best to make each session new, exciting
and fun.
