Outdoor group exercise is becoming more and more popular.
I design my own classes and incorporate jogging, stair climbing,
weight training, strength training, core training, plyometrics and calisthenics.
We always begin with a warm-up and an all over body stretch. Regardless of your fitness level, plan on an hour filled with lots of activity, fun and beautiful scenery.
My intention is to maximize your fitness potential, boost your metabolism and leave you with more energy than you arrived with.
